Having written one of the most iconic bass lines for Paul Simon’s Graceland, Bakithi Kumalo was poised to release his first solo record in 12 years, What You Hear is What You See. In addition to partnering to illustrate the artwork for his first single release, Electric Flow, I designed the CD packaging and brought all the songs to life visually in the form of Spotify canvases.
